By using FTEHNIK's car rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

• •Must be at least 21 years old
• •Possess a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
• •Have a valid credit card for the security deposit
• •Provide accurate personal and contact information

• •Reservations must be made in advance
• •Full payment is required at the time of booking
• •Security deposit is required for all rentals
• •Cancellation fees may apply based on notice period
• •Rates are subject to change without prior notice

The rental period begins at the agreed pickup time and ends at the return time. Late returns are subject to additional charges. Extended rentals must be arranged in advance.

• •Vehicle must be used only for personal or business purposes
• •Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles
• •Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained
• •Vehicle must not be used for commercial passenger transport
• •Off-road driving is strictly prohibited

The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. Insurance coverage is included, but excess amounts may apply. All damages must be reported immediately.

• •Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup
• •50% refund for cancellations 24-48 hours before pickup
• •No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup
• •Special conditions may apply for peak seasons
