Driver must be at least 21 years old. Minimum 2 years of holding a driver's license and must be presented. Mandatory identification - ID card or passport must be presented. Mandatory credit card as deposit payment method or cash deposit from 300 to 1800 EUR depending on vehicle class.

Minimum rental length is 1 day (24 hours). Pickup and return times must be identical. We only tolerate 60 minutes delay for vehicle return. After exceeding this, we charge a new, additional rental day.

Rental is paid upon vehicle pickup by credit card or cash. Deposit for the rental period is mandatory. Deposit is made via credit card or cash. Deposit is determined based on vehicle class.

Vehicle can be picked up and returned at our office in Zemun, and delivery or return outside the office (hotel, home address, business, etc.) is possible with surcharge. Vehicle can also be picked up and returned outside working hours, with surcharge. Upon pickup and return of vehicle, signing of vehicle condition form is mandatory. We advise you to thoroughly inspect the vehicle with our staff. Issuing and returning vehicles outside working hours is charged additionally.

Immediately notify police and F-Tehnik Rent a Car about the incident and proceed according to their instructions. Record information about other participants in the accident or incident. Fill out accident/damage report upon vehicle return. Write a short statement describing causes and circumstances in which the accident/damage occurred.

It is forbidden to operate vehicle under influence of alcohol, drugs and medications. In these cases, insurance does not apply - client is charged full amount of damage/theft. Rented vehicle can only be operated by person registered as driver in vehicle rental agreement. Possibility to register 1 additional driver is allowed, with approval of F-Tehnik Rent a Car, upon vehicle pickup. It is forbidden to give rented vehicle for use to unauthorized persons. In these cases insurance does not apply. For 1-day rentals, LIMITED mileage up to 100km. For 2-day rentals, LIMITED mileage up to 400km. For 3 or more days rentals, 200km per completed day. Our staff are here to help you and find the best and most cost-effective option for you.

When reserving a vehicle, you reserve one of the vehicle groups from our fleet and within each group we have multiple different vehicles. F-Tehnik Rent a Car's priority is to provide our clients with a vehicle from our fleet that clients reserve. F-Tehnik Rent a Car reserves the right, in case the desired vehicle is not available, to provide you with a vehicle from the same group.
